Tom tordil is accused of shooting six people over two days. Three victims died. At a bond review, we learned that he planned the spree for at least a month, and he did not leave the aspen hill parking lot of his last victim because he had lost his glasses. Tonight, the vigil was put on by the victims right foundation, raising money for the victims family members. Reporter it was a bizarre, violent incident that unfolded back in march outside a Police Station in landover. In a planned assault they say michael ford walked up and began firing off shots. They say his two brothers were there and one videotaped the attack. Officers came out of the building to confront the gunman. As they did, undercover officer jacai colson arrived at the scene.
