Claims have been made that at many as 20 officers had sex with the same minor and racist texts sent to at least four other officers in the department. We have an exclusive look at the Text Messages. Were told they were sent in 2014. One shows a cereal box with a kkk picture on it. And another shows a kkk rally with an obscene caption.
