It s excellent. SO many great performances -
Jeff Daniels won an Emmy for this role, and it s richly deserved. The man is simply one of the best actors working today. He never disapoints, and here- he excels.
Michelle Dockery (who, as I told my wife- it s the lady from Downton Abby ) and Merrit Weaver (who I told my daughter - it s the woman from Nurse Jackie and The Walking Dead !) were both incredible - and Merrit also won an Emmy for the role. And there s many more -
TRUST ME. It s worth it. Great story. And the great thing is - it s a limited series- so there is an end to it. No second season. It s got a beginning AND and end - so you get the whole story without cliffhangers.
