Swaffham health service resumes this week after 'hurdles cleared'

Swaffham health service resumes this week after hurdles cleared  | Updated: 16:03, 14 January 2021 A mental health centre’s day care services have been restored for the lockdown period this week. The Merle Boddy Centre in Swaffham opened its doors to its clients on Monday. Marketing director Ian Pilcher said: “Of course, the numbers are restricted and small bubbles are established, but care can be given to those who are able to attend. “There has been inevitable anxiety and some hurdles to clear, but with the experience of centre manager, Georgie Bell, the threshold has been crossed. “Towards the end of last year, Merle Boddy Centre was given wonderful support from many generous donors. This kindness most certainly does so much to enable the administration and presentation to continue.”
