road here is still closed on both ends. off in the distance perhaps you can see the flashing light there is. that s actually a power crew. they are trying ore store electricity to the street. they are completely in the dark right now. when the storms blew through last night, they were ferocious in parts of the viewing area. it brought down a very large tree, i believe it was an oak tree, that came down on top of one of the houses. it hit the roof of a house and also brought down the power lines in the area taking out all the electricity on this particular street. not a great morning for folks who live in this area. pepco crews are out trying to restore power. we have 1,000 people still without electricity scattered over prince george s county and d.c. the crews are out there and they are working on the situation. right now some folks still are without power in the wake of the storm. reporting live in northwest, megan mcgrath, news4. thank you, megan. we said this mo ....
