Theres so many other reports that can feed in to give you a more accurate picture of what is happening on the ground, whether it is racial disparity, income by neighbourhood, all these different things. The capacity. So, it is really tying all these things together that we can actually think of a path forward or solution. A couple of other points besides that is, theres also commissioner johnson raised the issue of capacity when it comes to building up to the zoning potential.
