Theres a flood watch. The threat of flooding will come with heavy rainfall this afternoon and tonight. Its falling on ground thats still covered in snow by many areas. Harrisburg is seeing the first rain drops. Theres more rain on the way in western pennsylvania. I do expect it to be here this afternoon and into this evening.
