This is Al Jazeera America live from new york city. Im stephanie sy. Nepal is on edge yet again this morning after another large earthquake shook the nation. Todays quake measured 7. 3 in magnitude. The epicenter was near the chinese border about 50 miles from kathmandu. Dozens are reported dead and at least a thousand are injured. It is now well into the evening in kathmandu and people are preparing to sleep out in the open. Our correspondent is in kathmandu. Reporter a building that survived the earthquake from two weeks ago has come down in a spectacular way. As you can see people over here are trying to clear the mess around here. There are suspicions that a taxi and a motorbike might have been buried under the rubble and its impossible to tell right now. Unfortunately the road was open and someone thought that the taxi might have gone through. So thats why we are digging over here. Reporter right. [ inaudible ] in the roa ....

Witnesses say they felt this latest quake for at least 2530 seconds, we have sent people streaming into the streets. There was at least one after shock a half hour later. Andrew is live in nepal. What was the Emergency Response like after this latest quake . It was pretty quick but it was complete pandemonium. Ive never been in an earthquake, ive been in an after shock today but this was pretty scary the building behind me was swaying p. M. Only for 3540 seconds it seemed longer. By the time we evacuated and got down stairs, and arrived here, we could here pandemonium in the city and there was an after shock of 6. 3 magnitude ....

You dont get the vote unless you pay tax, but i think it should be like a corporation, if you pay a Million Dollars in taxes you should get a million votes.
