A federal judge in Louisiana has ruled against three medical students who alleged that a Monroe college violated a previous consent decree allowing the students to continue their studies while unvaccinated for COVID-19.
Three unvaccinated college students are asking a federal judge to set aside a consent judgment they signed with the college last month, arguing that the Monroe medical school they attend has violated the agreement by continuing to retaliate against them.
The settlement may be off in a lawsuit filed by three medical students who sought an exemption from a north Louisiana medical college’s COVID-19 vaccination requirements on religious grounds.
