the largest tax cut in history. what would you do if you saw someone drop to a ground? how a local teenager sprang into action and saved a man s life. news 4 at 11:00 begins with breaking news. a woman arrested tonight for wielding a knife on a metro train. this is video just in to our news room. police tell us they got a call around 9:00 tonight. the woman was on a red line train near cleveland park metro stop. it took police at least 30 minutes to catch up with her. officers tell us she resisted arrest and complained she was hurt. she had been taken to the hospital. no one else was injured. we learned the woman was on some type of illegal substance. now to the mother from northern virginia who is sparking a lot of debate tonight on our nbc washin the woman was asked to leave church this past weekend for breast feeding her crying baby in a church pew. jackie bensen spoke with that young mother tonight and is live at the church in springfield with more. reporter

midnight. the warming trend will be here, sunshine, warm temperatures, and eyeballing the next system by next week, we will it you know about that in a moment. the latest on the search for a driver who ran from a crash this morning. it happened to - - on the on ramp to interstate 225. melissa is on the scene of the crash. are there any leads on the suspect? reporter: they do have the suspects car, which they hope will lead them to the person behind the wheel. and police say the driver made an abrupt maneuver to get off interstate 25, slamming into another car. he then took off on foot. on new year s day, a vehicle was getting ready to enter the on ramp when police say the suspect vehicle made a sudden and illegal lane change. attempting to make a last ditch effort to get on when the driver glided and pinned it against the guard rail. one of the four people inside was ejected and rushed to denver health with serious injuries. the driver ran off and left his car behind. the

the u.s. senate he is an outspoken voice for rural american and advocate for small businesses. he s a champion of american indian nations pushing for improvements in education, health care and housing, and working to alleviate poverty. please join me in welcoming the honorable jon tester, the united states senator. well, thank you, tim, for that kind introduction. thank you for the warm welcome. it is great to be here today to celebrate the opening of the nations to nation exhibit. this exhibit is a tangible reminder of the federal government s relationship with sovereign tribal nations of this country. it s also a reminder of the moral and legal obligations that the united states has to honor and uphold our treaties with indian countries. the united states has 566 recognized tribes as sovereign entities with their own governments and their own laws. sovereign is a key word, a treaty is formal, written agreements between sovereign states. and the constitution clearly states

this is about an hour and a half. i am a professor at the university of michigan. i am honored to be here and a member of the board of trustees. this is the final question in the symposium. the question seeks to part four of the exhibit, which you will hopefully have a chance to see which followse, case study examples and thematic analysis, including some things that might resonate with the panel we just had. it seeks to sum up, pull together, congeal the insides of the divot on the side of the data we have had today. part of what we are about is reclaiming history. the easy part is about making invisible stories visible. it has been one of the fundamental goals of this great museum. harder as weart is do live in a largely ahistorical time. the culture that shapes those students tend to focus a lot on the new, the now, the future. as if time begins at this moment right now. or maybe yesterday, last week, or at test last year. meaning that problems may have a history, but th
