US man charged with sister-in-law s murder after brothers argue over laundry A woman died after she was shot in the back of the head at her US home on Sunday morning, according to court documents, and her brother-in-law has been arrested for murder. On Monday, Portland police identified the victim of the shooting in the 8000 block of North Newman Avenue as 29-year-old Alexandra Arb-Bloodgood. The suspected shooter is 25-year-old Shane Finnell, who is Arb-Bloodgood s brother-in-law. Mr Finnell was arrested Sunday after responding officers found Ms Arb-Bloodgood s body.
