US man charged with sister-in-law s murder after brothers argue over laundry
A woman died after she was shot in the back of the head at her US home on Sunday morning, according to court documents, and her brother-in-law has been arrested for murder.
On Monday, Portland police identified the victim of the shooting in the 8000 block of North Newman Avenue as 29-year-old Alexandra Arb-Bloodgood.
The suspected shooter is 25-year-old Shane Finnell, who is Arb-Bloodgood s brother-in-law. Mr Finnell was arrested Sunday after responding officers found Ms Arb-Bloodgood s body. He faces charges of second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon.

A school has shut down as arson detectives investigate a South Melbourne fire that spewed thick plumes of smoke across three city suburbs.
Emergency services were called to a packaging factory on the corner of Ferrars and Buckhurst Streets just before midnight and could not bring it under control until after 2.15am.
South Melbourne Primary School alerted families on Facebook this morning the school would be closed today as VicEmergency warns the smell of smoke will be present in nearby areas this morning.
The emergency alert was issued for the Melbourne CBD suburbs of South Melbourne, Southbank and South Wharf.
