Yes, we know, Spring just started getting warm and we still have a minute until Summer! But with the time we have left before it hits, as the warmer weather continues on, how about we get a load of the fact that there are three spots in the Berkshires that are being called the 'Best Spots for Summer Fun in Western Massachusetts'! ....
Throughout the state of Massachusetts, we have plenty of cities, towns, and villages with some strange names. Some have histories that make them known for being haunted, or even just have relatively scary backstories. However, there is one place throughout the state that has a name you would never expect to be anywhere. Of course, it's not a city, it's not a town, but it is a village.sort of. ....
We all know that Massachusetts isn't exactly the biggest land mass. In fact, when compared to the rest of the states in the U.S., it is the 7th smallest state in the country. The state itself, covers only 10,554.39 square miles. And with that being the case, approximately just 7,800 square miles of that is land (thanks, Atlantic Ocean). Despite this, we have some relatively decent sized towns and cities, land-wise. But there is a town and city that have to take the title of the smallest in the state. ....
It finally feels like Spring weather in Massachusetts. And honestly, it almost feels like Summer-like weather can't be too far behind. At least for now, anyway. Today (Thursday, April 13th) was easily the warmest day so far in 2023. Temperatures climbed to mid-80s in parts of the Bay State. While there were certainly some warmer spots than others, what are the warmest cities and towns in Massachusetts traditionally? ....
