Since no permit has been requested by the group, and when i spoke to the berkeley mayor this morning, he made it clear that the event isnt welcome in the city of berkeley. Honestly, i would say that the permit should be denied because we know there they are not here for free speech. They are here for provocation. You dont come dressed like a soldier with helmets and shields and weapons if youre here for free speech.
