About a half hour ago on the preparations and plans underway. They plan to continue sandbagging, protecting homes and businesses, and prepping for whatever comes this way this afternoon. We sp josh. I know everybody wants to see the water , but if so we can get our jobs done and protect the community. Again the flooding is crested at 22 and a half feet the water is rapidly moving out here ive seen completely submerged. Businesses sandbagged and closed. Governor Terry Branstad is touring some of the floodaffected areas across northeast iowa today. He issued disaster proclamations for flooding howard and winneshiek counties.
