Police surrounded a two story house at 303 locust street until around 1. The man peacefully returned inside the other charges are pending. We have an update on a story we reported last week. The city of coralville will not put down a dog that bit a woman. But the owner will not be getting the dog back. The dog, roman, is an 18 month old beauceron.
