news meteorologist drew tuma. drew? what a difference 24 hours makes. it is certainly feeling like winter again and live doppler 7 tracking wintry precipitation to get you down to street level. live doppler 7 to the north we go. around ukiah, and there s a chance of a few flurries flying in that part of the woods. to the south we go. the santa cruz mountains, light showers being picked up on live doppler 7, and there is the chance as well in the south bay, around mt. hamilton. we could see a few snow flakes flying right now. it s all an indication of the colder air mass that has settled overhead. look at these winds gusting over 30 miles per hour across much of the region, and that s pulling in some very cold air. in fact, a winter weather advisory is in effect starting at midnight tonight for the santa cruz mountains where we could see above 1,000 feet and perhaps two to four inches of snow and that means delays are possible taking highway 917 or 35 tomorrow morning. we ll
