Federal District Judge Kim R. Gibson in 2008 sentenced Maximus Prophet, also known as Mark L. Ferrari, to 14 years of confinement followed by 15 years of supervision after he pleaded guilty to multiple counts of possession of materials depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor.
