Federal District Judge Kim R. Gibson in 2008 sentenced Maximus Prophet, also known as Mark L. Ferrari, to 14 years of confinement followed by 15 years of supervision after he pleaded guilty to multiple counts of possession of materials depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor. The sentence included a two-level enhancement because the material was stored on a peer-to-peer network that could be accessed by Prophet and others. ....

Manafort was convicted in August 2018 in a federal court in Virginia on eight counts of bank and tax fraud, failing to file a report for a foreign bank account and falsifying his income on federal tax returns. The president also issued pardons to Charles Kushner, father of Jared Kushner, and Roger Stone, a long time loyalist to President Trump, friend and former business partner of Paul Manafort.
