The Riverside Co. has acquired Marine Fire Sales & Service Inc. of Toledo as the latest add-on for its CertaSite fire and life safety platform company.
The acquisition marks the 12th related tuck-in for the platform since initial investments were made in 2018. Riverside established CertaSite itself, which represents a family of companies headquartered in Indianapolis, in 2019. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
