The acquisition marks the 12th related tuck-in for the platform since initial investments were made in 2018. Riverside established CertaSite itself, which represents a family of companies headquartered in Indianapolis, in 2019. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. We are thrilled to bring Marine aboard our fast-growing CertaSite platform, said Riverside managing partner Loren Schlachet in a statement.
