This one happening on the westbound side of interstate right 80 near regatta boulevard. Shots were fired before 7 pm tonight. All lanes of the westbound side were closed while officers searched for blood casings. The road is back open. Officers are still investigating , looking for a possible shooter or any victims. These freeway shootings are becoming a disturbing trend. Earlier this mother is earlier this month a mother of four was killed. Have been more than 20 shootings on bay area freeways since last november. 10 ron interstate 80. These shooting marks the third incident that happened on interstate interstate 580.
