Aimbridge Hospitality, the leading, global, third-party hotel management company, announced that Jamelia Lehn has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Belonging, Inclusion & People Strategies where she will lead and manage all of Aimbridge Hospitality s diversity and inclusion efforts.
Lehn will build momentum around Aimbridge s commitment to a culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and soci al responsibility at all levels within the company. She will manage the implementation of strategy, best practices, programs, initiatives, and training to achieve a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Lehn will also act as a strong voice on behalf of diversity and inclusion for Aimbridge and the industry overall, in addition to working in tandem with Aimbridge s Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development teams to integrate all diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the employment experience.
Evolution Hospitality, the lifestyle division of Aimbridge Hospitality, announced that Angela S. Kuzma has joined the team as Vice President of Lifestyle Operations where she will oversee a group of complex assets, providing leadership to achieve hotel performance, guest satisfaction, associate engagement and owners investment goals. She brings 25 years of lifestyle and food and beverage experience to her new role overseeing full service, boutique, and resort properties with complex food and beverage and experiential environments that will require her to rely on her extensive restaurant concept and operations acumen. Kuzma was most recently Global Vice President of Restaurant and Bars for Marriott International.

Aimbridge Hospitality has announced that Marco Roca, Jr. has joined the company’s business development team as vice president of development. In this position, he will support the growth of the Luxury & Resorts vertical, focusing on identifying new resort opportunities in North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean as well as sourcing opportunities for Aimbridge’s lifestyle arm, Evolution Hospitality, in the Eastern United States.
Roca brings extensive experience to the new role, most recently having held the position of co-founder and chief investment officer at Reveille Hospitality. He has previously served as vice president of business development and corporate strategy at Trust Hospitality, among other positions at Horwath HTL in Miami and J.P. Morgan in New York City.
