(Harrisburg, PA) Harrisburg City Council is going to be banning evictions to help home renters who may be struggling financially due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The council approved to create an emergency order on Friday. The emergency order will be suspending evictions for financial reasons for city residents by at least 30 days.
