we heard only positive responses from the neighbors and from law enforcement. reporter: several groups have been protesting turner s choice of residency, but the armed neighbors are the most recognized. the group carrying guns under the state s open carry laws say they re not threatening turner, just keeping him aware. nobody is going to shoot him unless we end up being some of the people who catch him victimizing people. reporter: and, ladies, an interesting twist on this story. just this afternoon the committee to recall judge aaron persky, the judge in the middle of this sentencing, they have now spoken out about these gun controls patrols in ohio. they say they are not endorsing it at all, but they say it is all part of a trickle-down effect. they re blaming the judge for sparking these gun patrols. they say it is part of a vigilante you can expect to see throughout the country. live in palo alto. sad news out of east bay in the city of oakland where a 14-year-old
