Blake mendenhall of napa spoke with me while recovering in a reno hospital. He crashed into a tree while snowboard at a tahoe ski resort sunday afternoon. Now, his parents are by his side along with his favorite nurse. Family members say he severed his spinal cord and cannot walk despite his life changing injuries.
