reporter: i believe we are having some difficulties and i hope you can hear me. i am in austin at the state capital just outside of the hearing room where top brass from texas dps including colonel macgraw are testifying today here in the texas legislature. this is a texas legislative committee that is expected to release a report on the uvalde shooting within 10 days. this is the second time that colonel macgraw testifies. he just walked out of the room within the last half-hour and i will will try to catch up with him and asked him why he is testifying a second time. he did not answer and we know there are at least two other witnesses that are scheduled to testify today including the uvalde county sheriff and the assistant director of alert. that is the organization that released a review last week that raised a lot of red flags
