New this morning, a big fire broke out in the east bay overnight and it happened at an apartment complex under construction in concord. That fire ripped through all three floors of the building right now no word on what caused it. Developing this morning, in the east bay, police in martinez are looking for the driver of this white van after it hit a 7yearold and then took off. That boy was hit on vine avenue bet ....

Investigators say this black him 35 infiniti fourdoor car was headed east on i 5. 80 when another car pulled alongside of it firing those shots injuring 4 people inside of that car when i got to that scene just after 5 oclock this afternoon. I counted. Dozens of yellow evidence tense on the ground which usually is an indicator of just how many bullets were fired. Tonight chp not giving an exact number on just how many shell casings theyve been able to recover from that scene. We do know that 4 people in that car were shot 2 of them with major injuries 2 of them with minor injuries, were told the good news all of them are in stable condition and are expected to be okay. But this wild scene causing a major backup for some traffic trouble for a number of drivers trying to get home during the wednesday night rush hour drive, folks sitting in their cars for hours as that investigation unfolded the good news tonight.
