Court. and pete i want to stick with judiciary talk. there s a lot of talk about the president filling that supreme court seat but there are dozens of other vacancies in the lower court system. now we re learning that the president is about to announce his first round of picks. what kr you tell us? there are 120 vacancies on the federal courts, the district courts and the courts of appeals. and the president will announce his first ten nominees for those positions. two of them we re told will be judges who were on that list of people that he said he would draw from for supreme court nominees. all of them, of course, are conservative people that have been watched for years by folks in the federalists society and other groups who really keep an eye on the judges in the state supreme court courts that are the feeder courts for the federal courts. this is a big task for any president. and let me just talk about the importance of this for a second, ....
