depending on where you were when you came in right, we sperpsed freezing rain here. i was only on the road for 10 minutes. that s what we re getting. surfaces that are cold. here in the city, the farther north we go, it is colder. especially higher up. so there is still snow falling north and northeast of us. take a look at the radar. to give you a quick overview of how the storm is doing, there is a break to the west for a while. down in the mountains of west virginia and virginia, there is quite a bit of moisture falling, and that is falling into cold air. the radar is indicating it is cold air. in the valley, the air is quite cold. that will be freezing on contact. in the baltimore area, the northeast corner of the state is still getting precipitation in the form of freezing drizzle and snow. basically in the area, we had 1 to 2 inches of snow. snow is not the problem as much as slippery surfaces. the roads i drove on have all been treated to some degree and are ....
