It won t be the end of their association with the Barangaroo site, however. The duo are set to join Sydney s Mexican wave, with plans to open Tequila Daisy in the Banksii space. Banksii has enabled us to invite Sydneysiders to . develop an understanding and appreciation of the aromatic flavours of vermouth, says Lines, co-founder and sommelier of Banksii.
