With scott pelley. Pelley we begin tonight with two Police Shootings in two cities, charlotte and tulsa, and two black men dead. The shooting of Keith Lamont Scott in charlotte yesterday sparked a night of violence. Police say it all started when officers went to arrest another man and encouldered encountered scott instead. American Plainclothes Police officer who shot scott is on paid administrative leave while an investigation is under way. David begnaud is in charlotte. Reporter this video shot by a resident shows 43yearold Keith Lamont Scott on the ground after being shot by a Police Officer. It is the only visible evidence the public has seen. The shooting led to anger and overnight clashes ....
