Scene of the stunning collapse that turned this 12story condo into a smoking pile of rubble, in a matter of only seconds. Within the past hour, the Miamidade County mayor, Daniella Levine cava gave an update on the victims of this tragedy. Listen to this. Our teams have been working, around the clock, as always, to search for survivors. They have not stopped. And today, our searchandrescue teams found another body in the rubble. And, as well, our search has revealed some human remains. The process of identifying these victims is very difficult. We are going to be relying on dna testing, and that is why weve, already, been gathering dna samples from the Family Members. So, they have all participated, and provided dna to assist us in the identification. This allows us to do rapiddna test testing, onsite, for bodies that we find. And, you ....

Here in Surf Side Hope is the only thing a lot of people have right now. 159 people still unaccounted for. At least four people are dead and being here on the scene you realize not just the scope of the collapse but also the factors that are going to complicate a rescue. The smoke thats still in the air from nearly incessant fires underneath this field of debris. Of course, the scale of the challenge that is facing these emergency teams. Right now theyre racing against the clock and yet having to move in a painstakingly slow fashion to sift through debris as, again, those frequent fires, bad weather, and smokey conditions complicate their work.
