Youre looking at right now live pictures, the scene as Day Break approaches. At least four people are confirmed dead and the whereabouts of 159 others are unknown. Its still not clear what caused the building to fall. Rescue teams have faced an uphill battle. They face heavy smoke from fires within the building, heavy winds, lightning and rain. Authorities are asking residents to avoid the area due to the large amount of smoke coming from the Disaster Site and the possibility it contains toxic chemicals. Meanwhile, a hopeful wall for the scores of people still unaccounted for now stands just about a block away from the collapse.
