Well a monster storm is barreling toward indias eastern coast tonight. Cyclone phailin is heading toward the bay of bengal. Its heading toward the region of andhra pradesh. How are people getting ready for this storm . People are batoning down the hatches so to say or they are getting out of town. The people on the coastline in the neighboring state are being evacuated since early friday. We have learned since the north of the coastal city where we are now, 12,000 people have arrived at one of the emergency shelters set up by the government and there is another 40,000 expected there by saturday. Fishing villages dot the coast lean focoastline for hundreds of miles and more than 10 Million People may have to be evacuated from those areas before the cyclone hits.
