And we dont have the information because the attorney general of oklahoma controls access to emails and other communications that are relevant to the decision the senate is going to make under its responsibility under the constitution. Senator merkley for two years now, the attorney general of oklahoma, scott pruitt, has stonewalled attempts to make public the records of over 3,000 email communications with members of the fossil fuel industry.
