Spic ways that they find some normalcy here in minnesota. Theres a pool here. I would always run in the pool back home at the treadmill that they have at the facility so i kind of used it as my treadmill. But its just trying to maintain that consistency that weve had throughout the year, um, obviously this is extreme circumstances but you got to find way to kind of have that same routine. Make sure i get all my, you know, nutrition, hydration, recovery things and right hours of sleep. Things like that. Some things are physical. Others not so much. Meditating. Sake taking some time off. Getting back to my friends. Just you know feeling more at ease at the moment. What ive learned that, you know, if you stick to your natural routine as if i was back home, things really should affect me. We just enjoying each others type. This is the last week well all be together much this is last week of football. Were taking it all in. We worked hard to get to this point but we understand, um, you know
Coming back from being out back to back days with an illness. We have to talk about nick foles because hes been through every high and every low and from almost retiring now hes at the cusp of bringing home a super bowl trophy to philadelphia. Being in the position i was in as backup, thats a different role than a starter, um, from a standpoint of, you know, the offense and just your prep. Youre still doing a lot of prep, youre preparing like youre the starter but its different. So when you step into the starting role, um, you really talking more about the scheme that you like, different plays lou like so thats the big difference.
