We have latin america and the caribbean up there. People in latin america and the caribbean in particular, they have a more fluid concept of race than what we will have in the United States of america, ok . When the english do their exploration, they are very ethnocentric. When the french are out there and the spanish and the dutch, and in my part one class, we learned all about this. [laughter] typically when people talk about race, they say, well, it is a biological determinant or it is some kind of scientific construct or Something Like that. Ok . Genetically speaking and i am not a geneticist or a biologist or anything else like that but typically, you have ary,acteristics that can ver even between and amongst people of a race, just as it varies between different races.
