Voters will also be able to go to the Midtown Shopping Center on the north side and the Forest Home Library on photo id law is in effect for this election. A group of people were watching the flood waters on a bridge in waterloo. When they witnessed the deer jump into the water and then get swept away. Knowing the deer would die. Three men acted fast. One man strapped on his life jacket, grabbed the deer and helped pull it to safety.
