Investigators say Jasmine Wright was on the phone with her mother when she was attacked as she walked into her apartment last thursday. Her mom heard a struggle and then the phone went dead. Police say james harris raped and killed wright. Nbc 10s jesse gary is live at Philadelphia Police headquarters, where harris is being questioned by detectives right now.
