South Holland District Council has two potential partners after divorce proceedings from Breckland
Two Lincolnshire councils could be prospective partners for South Holland after divorce proceedings progress.
South Holland District Council is looking to end its decade long partnership with Breckland District Council, which has saved approximately £7.4million thanks to shared services.
Council Leader Gary Porter told Tuesday’s cabinet meeting that the council has two prospective partners in Lincolnshire , which is attractive as it currently does not have a chief executive.

He was also keen to stress that there was no negativity from either council about ending the arrangement but highlighted the issues with having a partner in a different county. ....
