Mona McBrayer Monna McBrayer, 84, passed away Saturday, May 29, surrounded by family at Edgewood Memory Care in Mitchell, SD. A Celebration of Life will be held on June 5, 2021, at Will Funeral Chapel in Mitchell with visitation at 10am and services at 11am. Along with her twin sister Donna, Monna was born to Lawrence (Pat) and Marcella Muntefering, in 1936, and grew up on a farmstead west of Ethan, SD. In 1954, Monna married Jack McBrayer and together they built a life that lasted nearly 67 years making friends and creating memories in Kennebec, Watertown, Pierre and Mitchell. For most of her life, Monna was a stay at home mom and loving mother to five children and two foster sons. When not busy with kids, Monna and Jack loved dancing and could be found most Saturday nights out on the dance floor until the last song was played. Once the kids were nearly grown, Monna went to work in retail where she not only helped customers but found an outlet for her love ....
francisco international tonight with the latest on the story. lisa? there are still hundreds of people stranded here at the united terminal at sfo. they have been here for hours and still no word on when things will start moving again. united entire computer system went down at 5:15 p.m. pacific standard time. outage interrupted airline flight departure, airport processing and reservation system. all the computer screen that would normally show flight arrival and departure time were blank. or simply had the word united across them. passengers are also not allowed to move past security and anyone that did get past security before the computer went down are still sitting at their gate and planes not taking off. some passengers got so tired of waiting with no answers many just decided to put their bag down and lay on them. patience is running thin here at sfo tonight. i walked in and i m asking people where do we go and people all over the place and i actually don t ev ....
