That s who he is. you know, he s not campaigning in iowa, he s campaigning in the courtrooms. he doesn t have to be in that courtroom, he doesn t have to be in any of the courtrooms he s in over the next few weeks. he is choosing to be there, because he knows it plays into his campaign narrative, as a victim, and his narrative that they are coming after him, and he is protecting all of the people who support him. and by the way, let me just say charles, i agree with him that i think is prediction is accurate this week. and i also will go a step further. i think he is right, and he is on to something. i predict the supreme court does not take this case, after the appellate judges in this circuit say no, there is no absolute immunity to a sitting president, and send it back down for trial. well you know what, claire, we are going to talk about that when we come back, after this short break. because i am really curious to know, is it, will it go on . i know i ve got my law ....
