Beaver High junior Rebecca Mizer qualified for the separate National Association for Music Association s All-Eastern Division Concert Band, which will include a performance at the Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena, Calif., on New Year s Day.
The NAfME All-Eastern Division includes musicians from 11 states, the District of Columbia, and Europe, who performed in a virtual festival in March.
