According to bart though, that massive traffic jam this morning did send thousands of people who normally drive to work to bart instead so they can get into San Francisco. The agency had to move more than 10,000 additional commuters today through the transbay tube and into the city because of the box truck crash that caused a traffic nightmare for drivers. Bart said it is not adding extra trains for the evening commute, but did suggest that people live earlier in the day to avoid huge crowds or just wait until later in the evening. One bart rider noticed more people today and many saw the crash on social media. I go reverse commute and i didnt see it too badly, but the opposite train was quite full. Even more than normal. I can see the tweets going on, crazy stuff this morning. So far again, it doesnt look like ....
