Now, this bystander told me that another man held the homeless person down, pinned her down until police were able to apprehend her. The mother, obviously, was very upset, and when we tried to approach her, she held on to her baby. Im told that police have taken the mother away to try to help her with this trauma, and the woman who, the homeless woman, im told, was arrested and taken away by police. Now, it appears so far we know very little information, but appears this case is one of a homeless woman who is mentally disturbed, trying to abduct a child. Thats all we know right now.
