Mercer Heroin Interdiction Team makes several arrests
CELINA The Mercer County Heroin Interdiction Team made five drug-related arrests Tuesday during a detail focused on individuals and locations suspected of using, selling and transporting the use, sale and transport of narcotics. The HIT team is made up of members of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, Celina Police Department and Coldwater Police Department.
In addition to the drug arrests the HIT Team made a total of 11 traffic stops and issued five traffic citations Tuesday.
Arrested and charged with fifth-degree felony counts of possession of methamphetamine were Amanda Hatfield, 42, of Celina; Amber Archer, 36, of Celina; Christopher Boop, 40, of Lima; and Lati Hiram, 37, of Celina. Their bonds were all set at $50,000. ....
