Ground. That single engine plane was experiencing mechanical problems when the pilot made an Emergency Landing a halfmile from buchanan field airport. Rob malcolm made his way to the scene after that plane dropped from the sky at 2 45 this afternoon and joins us with the latest. We are told that they will take up to 6 to 9 months to determine what happened. Officials are saying that this couldve been much worse if not for an experienced pilot. This single engine plane is now likely headed for the scrapyard not the runway. It is damaged beyond repair in the crash. Officials received the call around 2 45 about airplane that failed to reached which the runway.
