That investigation into the shooting involving San Jose Police and a suspect continues. Now, police say that that suspect was firing a gun in a densely populated neighborhood. Well San Jose Police also telling us that theyll provide an update in about four hours. Nbc bay areas kris sanchez has been at the scene all morning long. Chris, what do we know . I can tell you that there is still a bit of a disruption here in the neighborhood. You see the crime scene tape here behind me, and officers are still actively investigating here on the scene.
