At a time when real estate activity normally slows, the Seattle-area housing market hasn t shown many signs of cooling.
In December, new listings, pending sales, closed sales and prices all went up in the Puget Sound region when compared to the same time last year, according to the most recent report from Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
